- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation of payment.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location, product type, and courier availability. Average delivery within India is 3–7 working days.
- For remote or rural locations, delivery may take longer.
2. Packaging & Handling
- Mushroom spawn and frozen products are packed using specialized materials to maintain viability and freshness during transit.
- Customers are advised to receive and store the products immediately upon delivery as per the instructions provided.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges are applied at checkout, based on weight and delivery location.
- For bulk or institutional orders, shipping charges may be negotiated separately.
4. Delays in Delivery
- While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen events.

5. Exchange Policy
- Due to the perishable and biological nature of our products, exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photos/videos.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
