1. Training Programs

a. Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be requested before the training batch starts
  • Once the training has started, no cancellation will be accepted

b. Refund

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only for cancellations made before the training start date
  • Any administrative or processing charges may be deducted
  • No refund will be provided once the training has commenced or if the participant fails to attend

2. Mushroom Spawn & Products

a. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

b. Refund / Replacement

  • If the product is received damaged, contaminated, or defective, customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery
  • We will review the issue and may offer:
    • Replacement of the product, OR
    • Refund (if applicable)
  • Proof (images/videos) may be required for verification

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Delay caused due to courier or external factors
  • Improper storage or handling of products after delivery

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

5. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Any payment gateway or transaction charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount
