Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Jeevan Mushroom, we strive to deliver high-quality mushroom spawn, frozen mushrooms, and training services. Since our products include live cultures and perishable items, special conditions apply for cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refunds for Products

  • Due to the perishable and biological nature of mushroom spawn and frozen products, refunds are generally not applicable once the order has been delivered.
  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where:
    • The wrong product was delivered.
    • The product was damaged during transit.
    • The product was proven to be unfit for use at the time of delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Customers must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

4. Training & Consultancy Refunds

  • Fees for training programs or consultancy are non-refundable once the program has started.
  • If Jeevan Mushroom cancels or reschedules a session, customers will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
